Just as our denim is built to withstand the test of time, our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and reliable. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the authentic quality our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned:
- Graphic Tees (due to hygiene reasons and custom printing)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or alteration

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to:

Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (unless due to our error)
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility

Exchange Information

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
