All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Promise: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items, provided they meet our condition requirements.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the authentic quality our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Graphic Tees (due to hygiene reasons and custom printing)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or alteration

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Date Received
    • Item(s) to Return
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
    • Preferred Action (Refund/Exchange)
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package your items securely and ship to:

    Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package.
  4. Processing
    Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (unless due to our error)
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The refund will appear on your statement under “Wrangler Store.”

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
